As I was sitting in the acupuncture clinic stuck with needles, I overheard a conversation between two first timers who were waiting to get their needles. They were worrying about whether or not it would hurt, and seemed really nervous about it. I got the idea for this video.

Hope it’s useful. I realise it’s a little rough, but I hope you get something out of it anyway.
